What does a typical boat rental include?
All rentals come with a qualified crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel costs, and a selection of beverages and snacks. Each service varies slightly — for example, evening cruises offer exclusive beverages and light bites, whereas business charters provide meeting amenities and professional catering options.
How much time before should I make a reservation?
We suggest securing your booking a minimum of 2–3 weeks ahead to avoid disappointment, particularly during the high season (May–September). For business gatherings or special occasion celebrations, reserve 4–6 weeks earlier to ensure better selection and time to customize the experience.
What actions are taken if the weather is unfavorable?
Our main concern is your safety. Should the captain determine that weather conditions are not safe, we will propose an alternate date for your boating experience or issue a full refund. We keep a close watch on weather developments and will update you 24 hours before your scheduled departure if necessary.
Am I allowed to bring my own snacks and drinks?
Guests are certainly permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also have exceptional catering services available with menus that can be tailored to your tastes. Please note, for the safety of everyone, containers made of glass are not allowed on the yacht.
Do your boats have accessibility features for individuals with mobility challenges?
We aim to be inclusive for all passengers. Although accessibility varies amongst our fleet, we ask that you reach out to us directly when booking to address special requirements, so we can advise on the most fitting boat and organize necessary arrangements.
Could you explain your cancellation policy?
A cancellation that occurs 72 hours or more ahead of the departure time will be fully refunded. Cancellations made between 24–72 hours before departure will be refunded at 50%. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable, with exceptions for adverse weather conditions or mechanical faults on our side.
